Walking around with an AR-15 at a Presidential event in Phoenix. This guy was out of his mind could have been another Shawn Bell incident, luckily the trigger happy police didnt bust a cap in his ass. Phoenix police said the gun-toters at Monday's event, including the man carrying an AR-15 semi-automatic rifle slung over his shoulder, didn't need permits. No crimes were committed, and no one was arrested.
