Billy Gillispie arrested for DUI

According to reports, Gillispie was pulled over in a white Mercedes-Benz with Texas license plates at about 2:45 a.m. Thursday and told police he and a passenger had been golfing. Anderson County is west of Lexington.
Police dispatcher Todd Sparrow said Lawrenceburg police arrested Gillispie on the DUI charge and took him to jail in neighboring Franklin County. WLEX-TV in Lexington reported that Gillispie was pulled over after someone reported seeing the car driving erratically.
